Collect Your Medication for FREE at a Pick Locker

Need a more convenient way to collect your medication? For eligible medication orders, you can choose to have your medication delivered to a Pick Locker near you, including locations around HDB estates, MRT stations and community clubs.

How it works
Once your medication has been delivered to the designated Pick Locker:

1. Receive your collection PIN
   You’ll receive your collection PIN once your medication is deposited. Download the pick! app to track all your PINs in one place. 
2. Head to your Pick Locker
   Visit the designated locker within 48 hours of receiving the notification.
3. Collect your medication
   Follow the instructions in the SMS and enter your PIN at the locker to retrieve your parcel.
4. Check your medication
   Remember to check that you have received the correct prescribed medication after collection.

Please note that the service is not suitable for bulky items or medication requiring refrigeration. Charges may also apply for re-delivery or the return of parcels that are not collected within the collection period.
